Another Tsunami

So heavy and sad about Japan. Over 10,000 are dead or missing. The tsunami in Indonesia a few years ago took over 100,000 lives.

This was my third tsunami evacuation in two years. The first two were in Fiji, and this last one happened while in Hawaii, at three a.m. Luckily the wave was small by the time it hit those three locations.

Hearts are with those families who have lost loved ones in the tragic earthquake and tsunami.

Mother Nature is in control. No matter what technological advancements we come up with, or prophecies we believe to be true, we will never be in control.

This image came from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) right after the tsunami hit Japan. NOAA is leading the way in ocean science. The darker the color, the bigger the waves. Notice how it is black around Japan — as big as it has ever been.
